Sound healing provides nutrients for the nervous system. Calming frequencies allow you to receive restorative rest and rejuvenation while experiencing a deeply peaceful meditative experience.

The session will begin with gentle breathwork and a body scan meditation to ground and center. Then you will experience the healing sounds of Crystal Alchemy and  Himalayan singing bowls, tuning forks, gong and chimes as they create healing sound waves to calm your mind and balance your energy at a cellular level.
