About the Practitioner

Welcome to my holistic healing practice! With over 15 years of experience in massage, bodywork and various healing modalities, I specialize in myofascial release, relaxation massage, sound healing, Biofield Tuning and Reiki energy healing. My journey as a bodyworker began at the Healing Hands School of Holistic Health in Laguna Hills California in 2008. I have since attained certifications in Reiki, Biofield Tuning and sound healing. Through my experience as a healing practitioner and recipient of various modalities, I've learned that the foundation for healing is a calm nervous system and a safe space to allow the innate, natural healing abilities we all possess to be activated. My passion is to create a restful, calming space in my studio for you to receive deeply restorative sessions so that you can heal and flourish.

After years of practice in spas, athletic clubs and eventually in my own studio, I decided to relocate across the country to Northern Michigan and create a peaceful sanctuary in Downtown Petoskey.
