Group and Private Sound Therapy

Experience the transformative power of sound to restore your energy and vitality. Join me for a rejuvenating private or group session featuring high quality Crystal Tones Alchemy Crystal singing bowls, Grotta Sonora Italian handcrafted gongs, Himalayan singing bowls, tuning forks and chimes all designed to create healing sound waves. These vibroacoustic frequencies penetrate deep into the body, clearing stagnation and promoting cellular healing. Let the earth elements of minerals, metals and gemstones, infused in each bowl, guide you to a state of perfect harmony and balance.

Offered every other week on Wednesdays or Saturdays depending on the season. Please see booking calendar for specific times.

Sound healing provides nutrients for the nervous system. Calming frequencies allow you to receive restorative rest and rejuvenation while experiencing a deeply peaceful meditative experience.

Each session will begin on your own Walden brand Japanese inspired, luxurious cloud-like padded mat, with gentle breathwork and a body scan meditation to ground and center. A cozy and supportive blanket, bolster and pillow will be provided and set up for you in studio.

All you have to do is show up and float away, releasing layers of stress as you experience the luminous sounds of Crystal Tones® Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls, the deep, immersive vibrations of Italian handcrafted Grotta Sonora gongs, tuning forks and chimes. Every experience is expertly tailored to harmonize your nervous system and facilitate a cellular upgrade. These tools create pure acoustic frequencies to shift brainwaves into a calm restful state where innate healing is activated and deep inner balance is restored.

A deeply restorative cellular massage that reduces chronic pain, enhances every system in the body, improves biomarkers such as HRT, elevates sleep quality and so much more!
